These terms govern your use of PokéSurvivor, an independent project operated by JPTER78 (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, playing, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Digital purchases may only be made by people aged 18 or the legal purchasing age in their jurisdiction.
2. The service
PokéSurvivor is a browser survival game with single-player play, saved progress, profiles, rankings and, when available, online co-op. Basic access is free. Optional digital features may be purchased separately.
3. Accounts and progress
You must provide reasonably accurate information and protect your credentials. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared to obtain an advantage. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, game manipulation or violations of these terms.
4. Digital purchases
“10 Gacha Tickets” is a one-time purchase of 10 standard gacha tickets at the price shown at checkout, currently USD 9.90 before applicable taxes. After payment is confirmed, the tickets are credited to the authenticated account used to start the purchase. We do not store full card numbers: payments are processed by Waffo Pancake.
Tickets are digital in-game items. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and cannot be exchanged for money. They do not guarantee a particular character. Gacha probabilities are shown in the game before tickets are used.
5. Delivery, errors and refunds
Delivery is digital. If payment is confirmed but the tickets do not appear, email [email protected] with the account email and transaction ID; we will investigate and correct delivery errors.
For tickets that have not been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Used tickets are not refundable except where required by applicable law. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded after verification. We normally acknowledge requests within 2 business days, and approved refunds are sent to the original method through Waffo Pancake.
6. Acceptable use
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, attack the infrastructure, reverse engineer for abuse, harass other players, use another person’s account, or infringe third-party rights. Pokémon and related characters belong to their respective owners; PokéSurvivor is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and may change, be suspended or become unavailable for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We may add, change or remove digital features and will update these terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, in the service.
