Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains how the independent PokéSurvivor project, operated by JPTER78, handles information when you use the game or purchase digital content. Privacy contact: [email protected].
1. Information we process
- Account: player name, credentials managed by Firebase Authentication and, if you choose Google sign-in, the email and identifier needed to sign in.
- Save data: collection, coins, tickets, upgrades, statistics, friends, rankings and preferences saved to the cloud.
- Purchase: order ID, product, amount, currency, payment status and the account to which tickets must be delivered. Waffo Pancake processes full card details; we do not store them.
- Technical use: IP address, device, browser, time zone, error logs and data needed for security, operation and co-op play.
- Analytics: Google Analytics for site usage statistics. You can limit cookies and storage through your browser.
2. How we use information
We use this information to provide the game, save and synchronize progress, authenticate you, deliver purchases, answer questions, maintain security, prevent fraud, fix errors and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for personalised advertising.
3. Providers
We use Google Firebase for authentication, saves and game functions; Cloudflare to host and protect the site; Waffo Pancake as payment processor and Merchant of Record; and Google Analytics for site measurement. These providers may process data in different countries under their own policies and agreements.
4. Co-op play
In co-op games, the connection may be direct between browsers. Other participants may then learn the IP address required for that connection. If a direct connection is not possible, traffic may pass through the game’s configured servers. Play only with people you trust.
5. Retention
We keep account and save data while the account is active. If you ask us to delete the account, we will delete or anonymise that data where technically possible. Transaction records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations, normally up to 7 years.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your data by emailing [email protected]. We aim to respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account through the in-game function. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction are not limited by this policy.
7. Children
The game is not knowingly directed at children under 13. Digital purchases should only be made by people aged 18 or the applicable legal purchasing age. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game, providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the new date above and provide in-service notice when a change is material. Privacy contact: [email protected].
