Purchases and pricing

The basic game is free. Digital purchases are optional and there are no subscriptions.

Available product

The price above is the product price before any applicable taxes. The final total and any tax are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

How payment works

1. Sign in to your PokéSurvivor account.
2. Select the product from the game when purchasing is enabled.
3. Complete the checkout hosted by Waffo Pancake, which processes the payment and displays available payment methods.
4. After payment is confirmed, the 10 tickets are credited to the authenticated account used to start the purchase.

There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Tickets are digital in-game items: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and do not guarantee a particular character. Gacha probabilities are shown in the game.

Refunds

Unused tickets may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Used tickets are not refundable except where required by applicable law. See the Terms of Service or email [email protected].
